Firm Topology

A large data center developer building multiple active campuses, with hundreds of MW of capacity under development across its pipeline.

The Team

Reports to the Director of Campus Development. Three campus engineers plus consultants form the core team.

The challenge

A new 300 MW campus site has utility power delivery commitments that won't fully materialize for 36 months. You need to coordinate the phased infrastructure buildout across civil, mechanical, and electrical consultants so the first 60 MW goes live in 12 months using temporary power and partial site infrastructure.

Role overview

You own the campus development program management for hyperscale data center sites, coordinating the civil, electrical, and mechanical consultants delivering site-level infrastructure. The work sits at the intersection of these disciplines -- making sure the consultant teams deliver campus-level systems that support the building-level designs on schedule.
