How TechElites works

1

A firm sends us a role

We get the details: what the work is, what it pays, where it sits, and what the firm looks like. This is step one.

2

We check it

Is the comp real? Is the scope clear? Is this an actual open role or a fishing expedition to see who's on the market? If the comp is vague or the role is stale, it doesn't get posted.

3

We write the listing

We describe the firm by what it does, not by name. "A large data center developer building 500+ MW campuses" tells you more than a logo does. The listing shows comp, scope, specializations, city, and engagement type.

4

It goes live

Engineers browse, filter by career area or city, and read the listings. No account required to look around.

5

You apply, we connect

When you see something worth pursuing, you apply. We make the introduction. The employer gets your information for that role only. Nobody else sees it.
