1. Information we collect

Two kinds. Information you provide directly to us when you apply for a job or join our talent network. And usage data collected automatically through Google Analytics when you browse the site, described in section 3.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to match you with engineering roles and to broker introductions to employers. We use analytics data to see which pages get used and to make the site better.

3. Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics. When you visit, it collects your approximate location (derived from your IP address), information about your device and browser, and how you use the site: which pages you view, how long you stay, and how you move between pages. It sets cookies and similar identifiers in your browser to do this. The data is processed by Google under Google's privacy policy.

If you would rather not be measured, Google's browser opt-out add-on blocks Google Analytics entirely, and most content blockers do the same.
