A robotics company deploying autonomous mobile robots for warehouse fulfillment. The fleet has deployed over a thousand units across multiple customer sites.
A manufacturing-automation and robotics company standing up pilot lines for industrial and emerging humanoid customers.
A deployment team of controls and automation engineers. You report to the Deployment Lead and work on-site at customer facilities.
A new workcell ships to a customer floor and the acceptance test is the gate to go-live. The robots, the PLC, and the EtherCAT motion all have to come up together, the safety I/O has to be proven, and the cell has to hit cycle time and repeatability on the customer's parts, not on the parts it was tuned with in the shop.
You bring up robotic workcells and pilot lines on the customer floor and make them run. The work is PLC and EtherCAT motion integration, safety I/O wiring and validation, and the on-site commissioning that gets a cell from crated hardware to a passing acceptance test. When the cell misses cycle time on the line, you are the one debugging it in front of the customer until it holds.
